Information you provide. When you join the waitlist or run the demo we collect your name, company name, email address, and the qualifying questions you choose to use.
Demo call data. When you run the live voice demo we process your microphone audio to power the conversation, and we generate a text transcript and a structured summary of the call. We may store this transcript and summary to operate and improve the service.
Information collected automatically. Like most websites, we automatically collect limited technical data such as your IP address, browser and device type, and usage information, including through cookies and similar technologies (see our Cookie Policy).
How we use your information
- To operate the website, waitlist, and interactive demo.
- To send you the demo's calendar invite and related emails.
- To contact you about early access and product updates.
- To analyze usage, maintain security, and improve our service.
- To comply with legal obligations.
Third-party service providers
We rely on trusted third parties to deliver the service. They process data only to provide their functions to us:
- Deepgram – speech-to-text for the voice demo.
- Anthropic – the AI model that powers the conversation.
- ElevenLabs – text-to-speech voice generation.
- Resend – sending transactional and calendar emails.
- Railway – application hosting and database.
Your demo audio and transcript may be transmitted to these providers to operate the demo.
How we share information
We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the service providers above, where required by law, or in connection with a business transfer such as a merger or acquisition.
Data retention
We keep your information for as long as needed to provide the service and for legitimate business or legal purposes, after which we delete or anonymize it.
