These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Leadsly website, waitlist, and interactive voice demo (the "Service"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

The Service

Leadsly provides a marketing website and an interactive demonstration of an AI inbound call agent for real estate teams. The demo is provided for evaluation purposes only.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to use the Service.

Acceptable use

• Do not use the Service for any unlawful, harmful, or fraudulent purpose.
• Do not attempt to disrupt, overload, reverse engineer, or gain unauthorized access to the Service.
• Do not submit content you do not have the right to share, or impersonate others.
• Do not use the demo to record or process the voice or personal data of any third party without their consent.

Demo disclaimer

The demo uses AI and may produce inaccurate or incomplete information. It does not constitute professional, legal, financial, or real estate advice, and appointments "booked" in the demo are illustrative.

Intellectual property

The Service and its content, features, and branding are owned by Leadsly and protected by applicable laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the Service for its intended purpose.

Third-party services

The Service relies on third-party providers (including Deepgram, Anthropic, ElevenLabs, Resend, and Railway). Your use may also be subject to their terms, and we are not responsible for third-party services.

Disclaimers

The Service is provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Leadsly will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, revenue, or profits, arising from your use of the Service.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold Leadsly harmless from any claims or expenses arising out of your misuse of the Service or violation of these Terms.

Termination

We may suspend or terminate access to the Service at any time, without notice, for any reason.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, USA, without regard to its conflict of law rules.

Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
